    Hi Guys,
Problem solved. A faulty black opc drum was detected. An inferior drum was installed by a previous engineer. So I I had to replaced OEM opc drum and everything works fine. Customers don't like spending money on original accessories, I had to force to buy original.
Thanks guys for the various contributions.

Wow....who would have ever guessed it was the drum
It should be obvious now to the customer what you get when you only want to pay for crap

Find out who this pervious engineer was, & I am sorry, but dismiss him, he clearly does not know what he his doing.

You can't blame some engineers, most customer's likes cheap accessories not minding the consequences at the end giving engineers headaches, cracking brains just to get solutions

It worked like magic, paying for crap for permanent solution not minding nemesis will catch up with them, giving engineers nightmare. In all I appreciate various contributions.

              Enter Sp mode with 2109,
select 2109-02 - 14 chequered flag pattern press ok,
select 2109-004 for each colour, press ok,
go to copy mode on top of screen select colour for colored pattern and print each colour for black select b/w.
You have to go back and forth for each colour.
If you find issues with colored PCU OR PCDU you can trap it here.
Else, you could look towards the ITB section for resolve.

Thanks for the contribution, any way it has been resolved. The black opc drum was the cause.
