      Did you check if there is paper in the machine? Double check to make sure auto paper select is on tray 1 and it is letter size.

      If not this then you have some other mechanical problem.
      If it works, don't touch it.

          You should give us more information ... Check the status of the PM consumables. To clean the exposure section and id sensors.

                  For testing color quality I offten use automatic color calibration (acc) outprint in user tools.
                  The extra advantage is that an a.c.c. also can be done.
