hi,
I have face problem MP C2011SP SC547-02. As per the technical bulletin i have check connection in between PSU (AC) and CONTROLLER Board.

Still the same. Please advise me anybody face same issue..... Latest firmware has been updated.

fuser problem
you have to check fusing section, if damage replace,then you must reset the code,like says in manual.

SC547-02 is a Zero cross error (relay contact fault). Check fuses on PSU. Replace the PSU.

check well also the various door switch , that can generate "zero cross signal"
