      Most likely your cyan toner pump has failed or the pipe is blocked.

      You can swap the pump with another colour as a test.

              if it doesn't work one is the bottle, if no cyano bottle works, it could be the pump, take apart the pcdu and look into the hole where the toner falls inside, if it is empty it is the pump, if it is full to burst, it is broken there axis of some agitator in the developer unit, check also the rear plastic gear
