    Stained image on ricoh 2503

    Good morning for everyone, i'am having some troubles with a ricoh mp2503.

    how can you see in the attachment the scanned image or copy is getting stained on all jobs.
    i aleardy changed all the boards (scan, main, energy and the scanner base, but nothing has changed.

    By the term "all jobs" do you mean copying, printing and internal print jobs like the counter sheet or is it just when copying?

      That looks like you have trapezoidal copies, scanner has been leant on so is twisted out of alignment, try lifting the front left of the scanner

        Singular defect. Like Slimslob, if you want concrete help you have to explain in detail if the fault came suddenly or after a replacement, any clues would be appreciated, even if it makes me think about the first approach to the defective transfer unit.

          in case you do it only with scans and copies, it seems that there is grease (grease, oil, other) finished on a portion of the mirrors, you have by chance put too liquid lubricant on the guides to eliminate the classic noise of the carriage guide on that machine?

            What are the counters? Machine standing in normal conditions?
            Persuming the paper is A4 LEF or portrait ...
            I would remove everything and put it back in.
            Still the same?
            Bad laser or the IPU.
