Well......as I told the customer, I wish I had a nickel for every time I went to the call and the problem had mysteriously resolved itself!

It was working perfectly upon arrival. I did remove dev unit from the drum section to see if I could see any remnants of paper/ label, etc, that may have been an obstruction. Nothing.
The machine is very clean inside, and I I said has under 80K on the meter. I ran nearly 100 pages through, and no defects, and no SC codes logged since 2016.
Time will tell I suppose.
