              I agree with you Sandy. That is why I haven't commented yet. For all I can tell from the lack of details he could be talking about clearing ADF jams.

                I mean, even it was a case of not knowing English there is always google translate to write into and then post on here with actual details.
                All I can think of is that they mean 'faint copies on mpc 2003' to which I would suggest register, calibrate, clean optics etc but instead my actual suggestion is write some details down!! What is the fault and what have you done so far are probably the two things you should mention first...

                  Good 'ol TOOLIO....you'll die of old age waiting for him to post up samples or mentioning anything he's done to try to resolve his issue
