Hello, I need help, and also for the copier problem....... I have a MP 3352 that keeps getting a sc819 about every 2 months, I keep resetting the machine, but the customer wants a more permanent solution. Does anybody here have the latest controller firmware?

if an optional card is installed try to remove it, also try to format the hdd and update the firmware....

Only 3 prior posts in ten years? You are not a qualified tech. Pay to have one come out to fix your 3352. I am certain that there are plenty of authorized Ricoh Family Group dealers in and around Boca Raton.

Hmm... I have over 35 years in the biz, I just don't have many questions! Been around since liquid copiers! So Yeah I am qualified, and no it's not my copier it's a customers...

You may be qualified on something but definitely not Ricoh. Do your customer, refer them to someone who is and you stick to what you are trained on.
