Perform a color registration in User Tools > Maintenance

Or, go into System SP and perform Forced Line Adjustment, under SP2 Drum

If it keeps re-occurring, you may have a fault transfer belt, faulty ID sensors, drums not locking into place, or a loose connection on the laser unit.

try to clean id sensors, manually check that the photoconductors are free to rotate and not hard, perform forced alignment, update firmware and re-run calibration and registration.

More often than not just properly cleaning the ID sensor assembly will correct the problem.

presuming you a tech and know how to enter SP mode and did the 2 - 111 - 03x2, 01x1. Cleaned the ID sensor ass'y (machine is off) inspect the ITB ass'y for possible worn out, cleaned it if found some dried toner. inspect PCU's seems CMY is out of position. usually sp 2-111- xx can resolve the issue if no luck and have some ITB unit to swap then execute sp 2-111-xx for isolation.

              good luck sir. cheers
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.
