    ricoh mp c4504 vs c4504ex?

    i had a customer ask whats the difference?
    anyone? the year made is one year later is all i can dig up
    whats the ex stand for and what is the real difference , if any?

    If you have access to the TSSC site, download the Product Support Guide for this model.

    It explains the differences nicely.

    The PSG is written for nearly if not all models, and is likely the most overlooked and underutilized document of all.

      Only a few minor differences the main one being the ex has Postscript emulation. Here’s the related bulletin.

        I find the PSG to be a very useful document. It list all models and their options in the series to include order numbers. It list maintenance parts and PM kits.
