Hai all

Can anybody explain in this situation , some one send me in excel file when print in mpc3002 pcl6 ink can come out and i can not attach file here i don know why.

Assuming you mean that the print rubs off some or all of the page, I would say that either the improper paper type to be using in a laser print engine, the C3002 was not set for the correct weight and thickness of the paper or incorrect pressure between the fusing sleeve and the pressure roller.

This is normal print with A4 paper 70 @ 80gram paper it happen when i print another file examples pdf file some one send by mail it ok.

That doesn t make any sense...i think the problem is your fusing unit replace it from another machine just to be sure, and try again to post a picture of the print out.

i agree with Slim... the toner is rubbing off on some of the jobs... paper type and weight not properly defined on unit and file.

Most likely the image he is trying to attach does not meet the size limits. In the upper right hand corner of the Manage Attachments screen that lists the allowed file types and their maximum sizes. If you try to add an attachment that is too large, even by one pixel, it will fail. Those limits apply even to files pasted to the post without clicking on the Attachments paper clip, like picture directly from many HD mobile devices.

I've purposely reduced the resolution of my phone camera to get JPG files <1MB.

Your translation is as good as any, Slim, but I don't have much confidence that it's his issue. Hopefully he'll successfully get some sort of attachment. =^..^=

I already replace new fuser film
Setting pressure roller to 800 in sp 1151
Last what i do is install new driver it is XPS test print ok not all print it come like that some of file only.
