[Misc] Pro C5110s Fiery E-22B reinstall

Hi all,

I have been tasked with reinstalling this fiery after it failed to boot up or connect to the Ricoh after sitting idle for a year or so. (Fiery icon wont appear fiery status code shows 0.0)

I have the fiery USB tool downloaded from EFI however the client can't find the original DVDs or .iso files.

I looked on EFI but cannot see where to download this from or do I need to get these disks or download the .iso from Ricoh?

Any help much appreciated.

Try Ricoh parts. D730 7060 System Software DVD and D730 6730 User Software DVD

I was hoping for a quicker solution like a downloadable .iso.

Check the current Ricoh-UK tech site. The service ISOs might be downloadable from there.

I checked EFI and Ricoh TSRC in the US, not available for download here, you will probably have to order them.

It is nothing unusual for TSRC to not list something. That is why I usually used rfg-esource when downloading. It is where everything is stored and lins are not automatically generated to TSRC.

The USB prep tool can be downloaded from rfg-esource. Search rfg057831. While you are there you should also down load the following manuals for the E-22B;

Service Manual rfg057780
Parts catalog rfg057779

The parts catalog might list the order number for DVD set.
If you search Fiery or E-22B you might even find the iso files for the DVDs.

I had a good look on the UK site no luck, they list all the manuals & the USB tool but not the DVD .iso
This must be a common issue customers loosing these disk or damaging them etc.

I would have thought EFI would list this to download but they don't seem to.
