My Mp 6055 SOP isn't work, much update firmware but i don't know where to download it.

Its available on Ricoh's TSRC site under Apps, it's currently at 1.39.1

Its available on Ricoh's TSRC site under Apps, it's currently at 1.39.1

TSRC is for Ricoh direct and RFG dealers, only. I doubt if someone in Hanoi would have access.

This may not be an issue with the SOP, more likely the machine is not booting up.

Try updating with the latest package firmware this will update both the engine & the SOP cheetah software.
