        I see U are very self confident, but does it mean u dont make mistakes? really? so please, dont judge me, if you dont want to help me.... stop talking.... that forum has been create to help people and schare dvices, not judges.....

              Here, I will posted it again for you.

              Since the data from the scanner passes through the SIO it is most like the only thing damaged unless what the ground wire shorted was a signal coming from the board on the back of the lens. That board is where the white reference data is processed. That board is not field replaceable. In that case you may need lens holder assembly.

              Now go play games with someone else and do not bother replying to me. As soon as I submit this reply I will be placing you on my ignore list.
