Ricoh C2503 - Abnormal Horizontal Lines

Ricoh C2503 - Abnormal Horizontal Lines

    Good evening
A customer's printer exhibits this anomaly when printing some color pages
Could it be the PCDU?, should I change them?
If I run the color test, the one with the colored stripes, this anomaly is less evident.
    Suggestions are accepted

    Thank you

It seems to me that the cyan development unit needs to be changed.

Could be toner clumps or paper lint/dust obstructing the doctor blade in the DVU. Or dirty laser shield glass.

do a single color conversion from there you can direct pin point to which color.
          1. First clean the laser shield.
          2. Will be harden toner in your development unit. dare to challenge by opening the left and right screws of the development unit facing the magnetic roller. This will loosen the doctor blade. Next remove the cover for the development unit and pour out the developer. Seave/Filter the developer to remove any harden toners. pour back to the development unit once done.
          3. Use a gauge for the gap of the doctor blade adjustment
