Does not recognize PDF files in USB

I use USB memory plugged into the printer but it doesn't detect any pdf files. I plug it into another printer of the same type and it still works. Can someone help me solve it?. Machine name Ricoh C6004.

You may need an SD Card with Adobe PDF.

Although the Cxx04 Series should have a generic emulator, if I remember correctly. Have you updated the firmware?

Check Printer SP 1110-002 Media Print Device Setting. It needs to be set to 1.

Also make sure that USB screen device slot is "Active" in user tools

Can I use 1 SD card for mp7502 model?
As for firmware updates, I haven't tried it yet because my machine is used at an assembly factory, so all the computer networks here are internal and there is no internet connection... but I will try my best. somehow

Can you web browse into the 2 devices? if so, you can compare the firmwares that are running on each device.
Does the device not reading the PDF files, detect the USB stick in the first place? Im assuming your going to Printer app, then Memory Storage Device?
