    hello all
Any setting can fix this double image problem?
Already replace fuser film and fuser oil pad and increase print target temperature

Need some more information. Original Ricoh Toner? This looks like hot offsetting. May want to try lowering the temperature.

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.

Since it is al 4 colors it pretty much has to be the fusing unit. The temperature setting is either too high or too low for the specific type paper being printed on. Use the proper paper setting. If you look at the temperature setting in the service manual the defaults are only 3 to 5 degrees different from one paper type to the next. Also remember the default settings are for Genuine Ricoh supplies and parts.

Stop it before the fuser. Same problem? it's a fusing issue (or crap toner.) Pretty simple
You're obviously using Generic Sleeve and you apparently didn't replace the pressure roller while you had it apart...for some reason ??

That's the issue, you have used non OEM / Ricoh parts. Replace the fuser sleeve with a new Ricoh one.

And I assume you are also using compatible toner too.

make sure the Power supply is good, if Power supply is ok you should replace the Fuser film or adjust fuser template (not recommand): reset+143+C+hold C, native 1105 and change five first row value, after that shut down machine and power on again.
            good luck!
