Used MP4055 with Equitrac - how to remove it?

Got a MP4055 in but it has Equitrac. Loads to "unable to find server" with login button greyed out.
Doesn't display IP address to try to access WIM. Can only access SOP (reset ******## C) but can't remove extended features from there.
Anyone have any clue how to reset machine/get rid of Equitrac?

you really shouldn't post access codes to the public.

Have you tried using the Ricoh Smart Device Connector to access WIM?

I have not. Would it work through USB as I don't know the machine's IP to even get on the same network scheme?

No it connects directly to the Android OS of the SOP using either NFC or Blue tooth and gets the WiFi address as well as allows direct connection to WIM

Thanks. Hopefully those functions are active, will give it a try on Monday and give an update.

Nothing would work, but after hours of messing with it I got it
At first thought causing an error would let me into service so i unplugged the fuser - no luck.
After messing around a while a certain combo let me get into service mode - disconnected hard drive and removed fuser unit - now i could enter service and go through the Sims to remove the equitrac. reboot and remove through extended features. Reboot and now it's a working machine.

Just wanted to let you all know.
                thanks for all the help

Usually if an error code at startup is preventing you from entering the Service Program, instead of disconnecting everything just power ON with the doors open. This should prevent the engine from starting and allow you to enter service mode. After you are in service mode you will need to close the doors.
