How fucking many times are you post the same question. First you grave then you post at least 3 times!!! Not the way to make friends and get answers.

Despite your insulting me, I will appreciate and respect you, and I will respond to you with all respect and appreciation. Firstly, what made me publish it a lot is because no one has solved this problem yet, and I work as a maintenance engineer and I have a client who is more suspended.

This is my job and I want to work hard at it, and I also have to solve the problem for the customer, so I ask you if you can help, then do it, and if not, say good or remain silent, and thank you very much.

First only us old fart retirees are on here all the time. It may take some time for those with current service information to login.
Second your grave robbing most likely pissed off the better techs who might have answered you otherwise.

I take it that you do not have a service. If so, get one.

I changed the heater and the same problem still exists. I also changed this electrical board as it is in the pictures and also nothing changed.

with this being a production copier. i very strongly recommend you get a trained ricoh tech to fix this for you. and the fact that you don't have the service manual. im not trying to knock your abilities, but if done incorrectly, you could brick a very expensive copier.
