[Error Code] SP 4510DN SC C547-02

Hi all,

We had a dead SP 4510DN, I replaced the power supply (brand new) & machine now powers on but throws SC 547-02.

I fitted a new fuser, performed SC fuser reset but the error won't clear.

Old fuser works fine in another printer.

Any ideas!?

Could be an out of box failure of the "new" PSU. SC 547-02 is Zero-crossing error (bad relay contact).

Damaged fusing relay (open contact)
Failed fusing relay drive circuit
PSU fuse (24VS) blown

Replace the harness.
Replace the Engine Board.
Replace the PSU.
Replace the fuse.

It was a faulty new PSB out of the box as you said!

Fitted another now all good.

I have had few out of box failures
