Looks like it's due a set of PCDU's.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

        Hello,
However, the problem is random, and very often there are no traces.
And both at once? it is surprising.

no it's not surprising because the PCDU have the same life time... You may have to change soon the magenta too

Cannot tell diddly crap from cell phone pictures of a B/W print. Why do people use their cell phone camera function when they have a full page PDF scanner setting right in front of them.

                  Hi,

There was a Ricoh bulletin on this issue, if the PCDU have not yet reached life replace the charge units to resolve the issue.

but you know that today I had the same problem on an IMC400, which is very similar, I have cyan and Yellow stripes, for me they are the PCDUs, but I didn't have them myself, I just have a bit of doubts about having them ordered, they only have 16k vs 60k, I cleaned the ITB, and it seems to have been reduced a lot, but I'm not convinced, the customer told me that we'll talk in a week and he'll let me know

Try replacing the charge roller, this is what Ricoh UK are saying is the 'fix'

                        Hello,

Sorry, I'm French, the translation isn't great. What do you mean by "load unit"? Do you have a link ?
                        Thanks !
?????If the PDCUs were dead, the problem would be permanent, except in my case it's random. 2 days everything is going well.
