Dear Terramobil: when customer install this on his pc (server), then automatically this software will detect the Ricoh models and then automatically update the firmware?

Come on man, unzip the downloaded file, then click on the RFUT application file.

ok, it works fine, but i needed to put this software in the firewall to accept it's activity.
Also it was necessary to install it as administrator, not as user, with no password.
                        Strange but true.
Thank you guy's (and Sandy of course) for your indespicable help

I was able to run it from the unzipped folder, even no admin log in or firewall exception was neccessary - that probably may vary depending on how restrictive your admin/windows installation is - I probably got a green card after having too many requests

True, but it is easy living when you can solve a problem just by updating the firmware with Teamviewer when customer is miles away...
