Is there drive to the black gear (on the right side of the door) if you stand in front of the door? Can you manually feed paper into the duplex while turning the black gear?

What about the jam code. And I do not mean the letter code that tells the operator where to look for the jammed paper. I mean the numeric code that starts with the letter J and is followed by 3 digits.

Is the junction gate solenoid moving in output mode? Had a lot of problem with exit units, paper feed IOB's and the side door harness on the older Metis.

looks like my first 1 bin tray installation when I forgot that gear

J027 appears to be a duplex entrance late sensor error - does the paper reach that sensor? Can you test that sensor?

it seems to break down easily, it has already happened to me three, four times, I changed the whole paper output unit to do earlier, I had some machines available.
