    [Misc] IM C6000 Paper Separation Issue

    I have a IM C6000 which is picking up 2 sheets of paper at random. The machine has done 10000 copies only and was installed 2 months ago. I have swapped the paper feed rollers from another tray and it seems as if the second tray has a problem.

    Has anyone ever encountered this?

      I think you will need to give more information on the problem; picking up 2 sheets of paper at random do you mean from some paper drawer you don't know? Is it jammed?
