    Potete aiutarmi?

Hi, first of all you have to write in English.

    Or to erase all memory...
1Disconnect the communication cables from the machine.
2Authenticate as the machine administrator via the control panel.
    3Press [System Settings].
    4Press [Administrative Tools].
    5Press [DownNext Arrow] twice.
    6Press [Delete. all memory].

Hello, I'm new to the forum I have a problem with a Ricoh Aficio MP C4504 purchased without an app. Is there a way to restore it to the original? Surely some technician has put their hands on it before us, since there are other problems with the screens that some are in Italian others in English. Can you help me?

I tried to update the firmware using the ricoh firmware update tools, but I get the error "cannot be update because it contains a custom module"

The "custom module" is probably something industry specific for the previous owner. See if you can export the Diagnostic report SP5-992-004 to an SD card or USB drive and then upload it here for us to look at. We should be able to identify the custom module so that you can replace it with the standard module.

I asked for the diagnostic report, SP5-992-004. It should export as a PDF. Either that or print SP5-990-004 and scan it to a pdf.

Well now you know how to attach a pdf but that is still NOT THE DIAGNOSTIC LOG. The Diagnostic Log is a list of all firmware and their version numbers.

Negative! That was the Data Log SP 5-990-002.

Looks like the Network Support module is a custom firmware. copier tech in London might be able to help you with the individual module firmware.
