Was it working previously where it is currently plugged in?

First thing I would check is to be sure the machine is plugged into a 20 Amp outlet. Also make sure there's nothing else on the same circuit. I had a 65 PPM copier that would give power error codes randomly, we discovered someone had a paper shredder on the same circuit, and every time it ran it would drop the power to the copier.

              It's worth a look.

By breaker do you mean the one on the C7100 or the main electrical panel?

The breaker over the two power cables on the machine , on the service manual they mentioned to check it , it works perfectly.
and regarding the power circuit, I disconnect the tray unit and the finisher , nothing connected to the machine and its plugged into the wall directly.
I really appreciate your help guys.

Most Production models are 240Volt machines. The power connection is Line 1, Line 2 and Neutral and use 2 breakers on the main panel, as opposed to non Production that are Line, Neutral and ground using only 1 breaker. Line 2 is used to provide sufficient current for the fusing unit. Since the display panel on the C7100 has power then Line 1 voltage and the error can only be with Line 2. Have an electrician check the panel.

There are two 208v cords going to the machine. Is it possible you've lost voltage to one of them?

                        Update.
I opened the machine and clean all the connections with electronic cleaner , every single connect, now the error for the power is gone but I have a SC442-03 which is the the 5th ITB motor ,my machine is 5 colors .
I changed the front sensor and changed the back motor still the same error .
is there any way that i can eliminate the 5th color because I have an other machine but 4 colors there is no motor at the back.
