    User Authentication Management

I have a Ricoh IM C6000 that for one reason or another keeps reenabling the user authentication management even after changing to off and rebooting. It seems to be occurring over night when the walkup is reactivated. Has anyone ran across this and know how to get it to keep the user authentication to stay off?

A security camera might help identify the person who is changing the setting. Also change the administrator and supervisor passwords.

I thought the same in the beginning but its been confirmed that is not the case here. I also think its worth noting that it keeps activating as a custom custom. There is something causing it to reactive but I cannot seem to find the source.

im with slim, just change the login info for the WIM. have you seen it change during the reboot? or is this what the customer is stating?

I would start by updating the firmware (could be a bug)

Then enable Administrator authentication for all machine settings.
