    Too hot or too cold for the paper thickness can cause offsetting.

        Check your hot roller and fuser unit again. Check your temperatures like the other engineers said.. . Then

        If you have another PCDU imaging unit, preferably a good second hand unit, put it in and run about 200 prints. If it stops the repeat image after about 100 prints then you have your answer. Use a different toner as well

          And what about the press roller bushings as GIUBOSS suggested? Press roller itself can also loose it's diameter and stiffness over time, especially the "foamy" ones.
