Ricoh 5503 paper jam in area C

    Ricoh 5503 paper jam in area C

    Hi i have problem with copier ricoh 5503 i have problem with paper jam in area C i chacked everithing but nowere jam paper seen in anather post on this forum thet is problem with foto sensor but i dont know the location for this swnsor here is the post

      Area C could be a large number of possible jams and causes. The letter codes are strictly to tell the user where to look for the jammed paper. Now what is the actual Jam Code? It will be a J followed by a 3 digit number. So what was the J code displayed when the jam first happened? Once you open a door or cycle power the code will change to J001 if the jam has not been cleared and you will have to go to the jam history to see what the original code was. The number tells us exactly which sensor and whether it was a lead edge or trail edge jam.
