Thanks everyone for your input. Tried all suggestions earlier. Turned out to be Firmware Update SOP that fixed this issue along with HDD replaccement.

    On to the next one!

the 2nd machine was the same. new hdd and reflash the firmwares fixed the issue

I am running in to the following issue. There were some threads posted earlier regarding the same issue but I could not get a resolution through them.

I have an IM C3000 Off Lease / Repo that is a very low count. Unable to access the address book from the operational panel. Same result when logged in as admin. I am however able to access the address book via WIM.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Processing has failed is the message that shows up after a few seconds when I am trying to access the address book from the smart operational panel.

    Thanks In advance.

If not then I would use special SP mode to reset the admin password & HDD back to default settings.

Log in as supervisor and see if they have a separate User administrator set.

Try to update the firmware machine via sd, and also of the display panel (sop) directly via sd card, if not wort, try to put a fly hdd to test, if not wort, save the smc data on sd card with SP and test another imc series nvram, if wort, you can buy a new costous nvram (from these series, have only One chip...they have understood the game, and they want to eat too)
N.b. Ricoh says on a rtb, of not reset sop panel for not take disfunction (not specified)
