after, let me know how much you spent for the repair, just for feedback

Hello, thanks again to all for the advice. I had to order the NIC and it took over a week. Then I was able to get the repaired board installed within a couple of days after that and it is now working as it should. Customer can print and scan. I am now going to offer this service to anyone who needs this done. $375 would cover my cost and time for the NIC and the Board repair. Would need the board shipped to me. Does this sound reasonable?

The Wireless LAN Kit Type M19, 417493, is much cheaper than a new controller board. Maybe you find a used one on eBay.
