HI,

Customer send thisn picture, color spots/stripes

Must drive a far end . . . so have to take the right parts with me

ITB ? I Thinks so, never seen it on this one . .

Could be a label that has gotten stuck on the ITB and/or jammed in the cleaning unit.

I think like Daniel, ITB cleaning unit clogged by label / piece of paper, dog hair or other .... taken over the spare, even the vacuum cleaner

Pretty certain that's something blocking the ITB cleaning unit as others have said

Hi,
Guys, you are absolutely right. However, if you have a Magenta drum unit with you, there is a second possibility that you will be comus.

I also see other colors in the "swiped"

I agree, it's not a drum problem. Classic ITB cleaning problem.

right! it is always to have everything (when possible) us for example (but I think you too) when there is a "strange" ticket that is not very clear, I take a whole machine on the van, and eventually, I disassembly on the street .. thankfully, that hardly ever happens ... LOL
