    Mono & Color Copy & Print Issue

    Hi All, This Ricoh MP C6003 having the printing quality issue ( Mono & Color ), is only happen when printing more than 1 copy. As the Attachment, the PCL List, 1st Page ok, the other 4 pages got lines as circle. 1st, Full Service the ITB unit with New Belt, Cleaning Blade & Fuser unit, Still Same. than Exchange Tested Paper Transfer unit, All PCUs than Last LD Unit, No Use as printing up still the same. any idea. thanks.

    the 2nd attachment is full black, 1st page ok the other got a vertical bars/lines

      You never mentioned if you cleaned the ID sensors and ran ACC.

          it could be:
          - bad contact of the charge roller
          - bad mass contact of the drum cylinder, or contacts slightly bent on the pcdu
          - vibration triggered by the ITB group on the tr belt.
          (there is some bulletin on this, but I don't have it at hand, it seems to be resolved by changing the rotation speed of the pcu and development groups by some "0, x%", but I have read the bulletin, but not being me , never happened, never tried this gimmick, let us know
          ...at nose, i bet on bk developer unit capricious.

          anyway....try to upgrade the firmware, and next, run full process control via sp 3, like say Mikadonovan.

              What are the PM counters and the PM Counter DisplayDistance(%) SP7942?

                  Could be a developer problem. Clean the doctor blade. If no help, replace the developer.
