Try actually going into SP mode and check there. The printed information is truncated but the complete description should be shown in SP mode. -

If I were to guess ... I'd suspect that A3 is set to single count, and your enduser is running a very high volume of A3 color. For the sake of maintenance, the machine still tracks maintenance counts with A4 sized images. And on some machines, color images count as 4 counts, so physical count of 4.6M A3 counts, the maintenance count could be as much as 8x higher (2x for A4 counts, 4x for color).
What model did you say this is? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
