Hello, I have a MP C2504ex that has a voided line across the page all of a sudden.
Looks like the magenta drum unit but not sure.
Has anyone seen similar to this and could give me their opinion?

either something on the laser slit glass or a chunk on the doctor blade of the dev unit would be the 1st things to check

insert the stick to clean the laser glass into the slot corresponding to the pcdu M, clean the end with the swab with a cotton cloth and repeat the previous operation.

like say the other, try to clean the laser glass with the blue stick inside the front panel, if persist ther is a clogged point in some point of the doctor blade of clearance magnet of some develeoper unit, in this case, , you can rotate Rotate the gear of the offending development unit back and forth one or two turns several times, and probably if you are not unlucky, the gap between the magnet and the doctor blade will be cleaned.

Make paternal test printouts of the individual colors to find out which color the flaw is coming from.
