    demand for firmware mpc3003 - please.

    Can anyone provide me with the latest firmware of mpc3003 please?

      Why not use the Ricoh firmware update tool that's been discussed on several threads here, and available to download for months on the Ricoh website ?

          What is the problem that has caused you to demand the latest firmware? It might be something that is correctable without firmware.

              Smears or offset or ghost image, again.
              I already updated the firmware some 4 months ago, but now problem went back.
              When i set paper to medium thick, problem is solved => firmware (again)!

              @Sandy, yes i will inform customer about this tool... but again, i hope it is the latest firmware that Ricoh is offering there!

                                      Latest firmware had something to do with "PCU charge control under low temperature is improved"

                                      Maybe that had something to do with the offset and ghost images.
