I was told once by a Ricoh regional rep that when doing duplex color to use 28# to avoid image bleed through.

They did some real/proper training 20+ years ago. Now go figure...or use CTN.

Okay update, i put 24 pound paper in, all good
          after
          1)lowering temp as suggested
          2)using middle thick,plain 2 settings
3)checking fuser and other paths for obstructions, or pinching / none was found
I reccomend to client they try 22# instead of 24# all i had was 24#
also they were using the cheapest paper i dont think it was a true 20#
          so for now
FYI: 500 sheets of 24# wont fit in a 500 sheet tray.... the overflow goes into tray 4 for later use in a 4 drawer set up
