    [Dead] c7100ex color

    I installed the maquiba 5 days ago perfect, today the client presented this color fault, the strange thing is that I print cmyk at a% of 100, 50, 25 and they all work out, now I print the design arts and yellow fails me, now change cylinder, development unit, charge roller, and follow the failure, can someone help me...     What file type?

    What gsm of media opposed to machine settings?

    So many important info bits left out.

                Check your DV level toner for yellow, machine has tendency to break from torque. Your supply box from yellow could be culprit. big job.
