    Ricoh Pro C5110s

    Hello new here!

We have a Ricoh Pro C5110s that is giving an Error: Replace Photoconductor Unit Cyan / No Lubrication

We have replaced it for all colors but still giving the message.

We have reset the counters on the SP Mode but still maybe we're missing a reset not sure its been a week not sure what to do.

This is an old printer, Ricoh where i live is no longer service it.

    I appreciate your feedback!

Execute SP7622-xx for the part you are replacing. If it refuses to reset, there is a problem with the lubricant near end detection switches in the cleaning unit itself.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

If I remember correctly, SP 3810-021/022/023/024 depending on the color will give the reason for lubricant bar end detection.
0 is what you want to see
      1 is mechanical detection
2 is near end detection (by lube bar counter)
3 is detection (by lube bar counter)
If it is 1, you know immediately that there is a problem with the lubricant near end detection switches.

Attached is a bulletin on the switch problem.

Are you sure this is the correct message "Replace Photoconductor Unit Cyan / No Lubrication?"

Did you consult the service manual before & after replacing any parts?
