Faint test color pattern on ricoh 3004

Greetings to you all, i was called by a customer that his 3004 has the moistured and almost faded color pattern. So far, I've changed ITB and ITB Transfer Roller yet no solution. Attached is the sample.

Did you compare it with the test before replacing the transfer unit and roller? How are the PM counters? Check the SC error history and let us know. It could be an electrical problem in the transfer or a false contact. Assuming the paper is good...

I have gotten the solution guys. 2 rats died inside machine, 1 on the ITB and another died on top of one of the pcdu. Both rats were removed itb and pcdu was cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and serviced, machine is back working. Thanks guys for the various contributions.

bad place to die!...but where the hell did they come from?...were they micro-rats?

It would have been funny if prints came out with the silhouette of squashed rat, Willy Coyote style..LOL

The client kept the new machine for a month and tried to turn it on, but nothing worked. I had to travel 21 hours by road (Chocó, Colombia).
I removed the covers to check the power supply because I thought it was damage from a power surge....the mice ate all the wiring.
The urine corroded all the plates, the units, etc.

In another town, the woman called because she saw an image of a cockroach. It's a hot land, so the cockroaches are large.
The cockroach had been electrocuted by the charging crown of a lanier. The image of the animal appeared on the leaf.
