    C2010 just power led ..

Machine was switched off because of a problem on the power supply at the office where this machine was standing, they proberly shut the machine not totaly off when the power outlet was switched off, after repairing the 220V facility the machine did not turn on !!
it gives a black screen, only the blue power led will light up! No display, then activating the shut off button, no reaction (?!)
this means that the AC/DC board is defect?
    or PSU, or ctrl board?
    anyone a clue here?
got non boards on storage so have to order this
but what board could it be..
so, no ready, black screen, only blue power led that is on

    thanks in advance
    appreciate

Can you print from PC? If can, fuse 5 at controller burnt. Just need to replace that fuse.
If not, either panel or controller spoilt already.

in addition to what popolopo said, I would suggest you check the status of the led arrays that indicate the CPU status on the controller, if they are all lit up steadily, that one might have fused too
