Ricoh aficio MP c3004ex display off or black

Hi everyone, I have a problem with a Ricoh Aficio MP C3004EX, when I connect the power cable it turns on and activates but the display remains off (as in the attachment), it does not print and does not turn off from the main switch. Can anyone suggest what I can or should do? I thank anyone who can help me.

ok, look in the attachment if you find something, basically the important thing is that they are not all permanently on, but that they are in a working condition, however do a couple of simple things to get started, try disconnecting the hard disk, and turning on the machine, and also check the cable connections between IPU and SOP

activating the POWER button the copier runs normally but the panel dial does not light up, only the blue light on the top right lights up and does not give any red light on the panel..... I disassembled both the IPU and the screen panel.... I reassembled everything but the problem persists unfortunately I do not have another ricoh c3004 available to proceed with the replacement checks... the LEDs on the controller are in normal mode... 1,2,3,5 lit and LED 8 flashing... I tried to restart even with the hard disk disconnected but without results... any further suggestions are welcome, thanks to all of you

Try shining a flashlight at an angle across the screen. If the flashlight beam reveals on the screen, you have a problem with the backlight or the power for it.
