I don't understand, 18 is the number of times it jammed? or the jam code (eg.j018)?

Has anyone had internal damage to the sensor wiring near the PTR unit, in the part where it bends and enters the machine, I would try to replace the whole unit with the wiring attached, it's quite simple and quick
p.s. the photo is not of that model, it is for illustrative purposes only

Replace the entire transfer roller unit (D0CH 6210 on IM series), not just transfer roller. We have had a number of these happen on newer machines and replacing the transfer roller housing has fixed them. Seems like its a static issue or something on some transfer roller units

Is the locked paper taken by the fuse? (The beginning of the paper) If so, you have to lubricate the fuser band or change the sleeve

This is a static issue. I've had several XX54, XX55 units do this same thing. The drum is not getting enough ground to discharge the static. We got some copper tape, bout 2 inch wide. Applied it to the drum unit with making sure you wrap a little under the drum to where it contacts the ground at the back of the machine. I believe my manger got the roller off Amazon.
                Good luck!
