    M C2000 FEEDER ISSUE

    greetings all,
When i place a Paper on feederto make a copy or scan a missing edge occurs of like 5 mm of the coppied or scanned paper ,however if i use the glass it goes perfectly fine.
PS: only with feed, cross feed works fine

    Best regards

Is the image through the feeder shifted to one side vs. the original or possibly enlarged, thus cutting of the image? Or is the image simply missing on one side?
If it's either of the former, then adjust the DF side-to- side registration and/or magnification in SP mode.

Maybe this isn't your case, but I'd start with the simplest things. Customers often accidentally remove the white original cover panel and then reattach it incorrectly. This causes misalignment and strange problems with feeding the originals. Try following the procedure in the video below, which I prepared some time ago for more distant customers.
