    Pro C7210SX 12x18 paper issue

I have a Pro C7210sx with an E-46A, an RT5120, and an SR5120. The issue I'm having is anytime I output 12x18 paper (does not mater the paper type) to the finisher 2nd shift tray the machine tells me to please remove paper from the 2nd shift tray after the job completes and the only way to reset it is to power the machine off and back on. I can output 12x18 to any other finisher tray and it works perfectly. Also, any paper size besides 12x18 can output to the 2nd shift tray without any issues. Anyone come across this before?

Check the following inputs. 1 indicates that the sensor is blocked. If the tray is in the up position, these should be zero.

    6-161-065 Shift Tray Full Sensor: 500 ENG 0 to 1 / 0 / 1]
    0: Not detect
    1: Detect

    6-161-066 Shift Tray Full Sensor: 1000 ENG 0 to 1 / 0 / 1]
    0: Not detect
    1: Detect

    6-161-067 Shift Tray Full Sensor: 1500 ENG 0 to 1 / 0 / 1]
    0: Not detect
    1: Detect

    6-161-068 Shift Tray Full Sensor(L-Limit) ENG 0 to 1 / 0 / 1]
    0: Not detect
    1: Detect

I hope they updated the firmware, should be the first thing to do with any strange problem.
