    mpc 3003 black toner display icon showing half bar on display panel

    Mpc 3003 copier showing half bar on display on black toner. I replaced new toner chips a few times but the display still show half bar instead of fullbar.
    Also I replaced with new toner bottles with new chip, the status bar for black toner still shows half bar instead of full.

      Did you also update the firmware? I'm only imagining the chip and therefore not the original toner

          Try an original Ricoh cartridge. Also can you put the problem cartridge in another machine to verify that the chip is working or not?

              i would try that toner on a different machine.
              did you repower machine and have it cycle to ready?
