Have you tried the wipe data/factory reset in the SOP Android recovery menu?

To get to the menu, first go to User Tools/Settings > Screen Feature Settings > Screen Device Settings > Screen Startup Mode and set to Normal.

Shutdown the device (if you do not want to wait press and hold the Stop key and press the power button, keep it held for a few seconds after the "Shutting down..." message appears)
Remove the small cover on the side of the panel.
Press and hold both the small buttons (top and bottom) together, and turn on the device.
When the blue "Please wait..." screen appears, release both buttons, then press and hold the top and middle buttons.

The android screen will appear; navigate with the three buttons pressed earlier. They should be described as EX1 (top), EX2 (middle), and EX3 (bottom).

Hi, Ricoh strongly advises against resetting the SOP in an RTB due to some internal settings, I suggest you upload your logo or another image instead of the one that is there now

I believe this is the RTB: RGene115b.pdf

Overwriting the existing image would be the better option.
