Ricoh MP C3003 Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) Assembly

I'm looking for a Ricoh MP C3003 Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) Assembly. The whole unit with belt and cleaning unit.

Any ideas where I can buy one. The places I have looked do not have them in stock.

I do have one in stock I could send you but I guess the shipping & cost & times to USA is not worth it?

Or just replace the belt no real reason to replace the complete unit & keeps the costs down.

Thank you guys for all your comments. I have just been covered up this last week with two techs out sick.

I do not have very much Ricoh experience and the customer is paying for parts and labor. I think my time would be better spent replacing the whole unit instead of OTJ training on the installation of a belt and cleaning blade.

BTW copier tech, if I did get that one from you I would just pick it up myself. I'll see if my boss will pay for the trip and get back to you.

If your boss says yes to that I want a job at your place

You'd be better off fitting the belt. It might look like a pain when you're there but it's just a few screws and flipping back part of the unit after taking out two holding pins. There's a process to setting it up once it's back in the machine so give us a shout if you end up heading down that route.

Even if I get the whole unit, I am sure that there is a procedure in a service mode to run once it is installed.

I will need to know that. However I will reach out for that once I get a unit in hand.

BTW copier tech, even though my passport is up to date, my boss said no. He gave no reason, so I can't image why.

Other than maybe applying setting powder, no.

Even setting powder isn't needed on KonMin. New whole units must be factory primed.
Ricoh are same if not even better I believe.
