    [Misc] ricoh IM C300 SETTING ICON missing

    Hi friends
    I need your help. I have IM C300, I have replaced a broken
    operation panel and later discovered that SETTING icon is missing
    what could the issue.

    Did you change the entire panel or just the touch screen? It may be the apps weren't loaded on the new screen.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

            Check the apps in panel SP to see if there is anything missing.
            It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

                Perhaps you have to be logged in as admin in order to see it?

                    If you used Package firmware to "update" then any corrupted module was not replaced unless it was not the current version.

                      Did you replace the entire SOP or just the Touch Panel?

                      If just the Touch Panel did you properly shutdown the IM C300?

                        This issue was resolved after replacement of controller board.
