Savin MPC3503 smart panel error

when turning on copier as it comes up saying the application supply info widget (process jp.co.ricoh.advop.toner state) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

if you press icon Force Close then screen moves on to normal screen.

i have gone into service mode and turn off toner supply icon but still comes up.

Thinking need firmware for smart panel to fix problem. Any help will be appreciated

I believe it refers to the widget that is installed using the SOP Designer.

Delete the toner icon widget & install the latest version & the latest cheetah panel firmware.

Try going into SOP service mode/apps/update/auto update

Of course you need to be connected to the internet.
